docs(charts): document GitHub Pages helm repo as an additional install option

Since #1204, csi-driver-nfs also publishes the chart to
https://kubernetes-csi.github.io/csi-driver-nfs via GitHub Pages, which
is not affected by raw.githubusercontent.com rate limits (see #995).

Document both install options side by side. The raw.githubusercontent.com
repository remains the default and is NOT deprecated; the GitHub Pages
mirror is offered as an alternative that users can pick when
raw.githubusercontent.com is rate-limited or slow.
