Refactored plugin config_player modules

Move plugin_players (the code that runs in MPF) into their own modules
that don’t have any mpfmc components in them. Reason was it was too
easy to accidentally import some mpfmc component that itself imported
kivy logging and that would break everything. This happened a few times
in the past, so now the plugin_players are safer.

Fixes MPF issue 550, also resolved an issue with Kivy logging getting
messed up in mpf-mc.
