Add test for non-presigned unsigned-payload requests

Covers the case fixed in https://github.com/dacut/scratchstack-aws-signature/pull/16,
where `UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD` detection looked at query parameters instead of
the `X-Amz-Content-Sha256` header for regular (non-presigned) requests.
The request used is a genuine capture from the real mc (MinIO client)
binary's internal `GetBucketLocation` lookup over HTTPS.
