fix(avc): preserve unknown avcC bytes after the trailing info

DecodeAVCDecConfRec dropped bytes following the trailing info, although
ISO/IEC 14496-15 allows compatible extensions there and some muxers
write padding or an options string. Size() then became smaller than the
bytes read, which broke stsd child parsing for the enclosing sample
entry. Keep the bytes in DecConfRec.TrailingBytes and write them back
on encode.
