feat: style group header rows as a banner instead of blank cells

Group header rows filled every column past the label with an empty, unstyled TableCell, so next to real data rows they read as broken/missing data rather than a section divider. Give the whole header row a distinct background color (and a matching text color) so it reads as a banner.
