docs(web-react): make rest of the components renderable in docsite preview

Extract each component's demo render tree into a `demo/preview.tsx` exporting a
`Preview` component, slim `demo/index.tsx` to a bootstrap that renders it, and
add a `preview/index.ts` re-export for the docsite. Components:

- Button, ButtonLink, FieldGroup, Footer, Item, Modal, Select, Slider,
  SplitButton, TextArea, TextField, Toggle, UNSTABLE_Picker
