Typing: introduce `AbstractWidget` abstract base class/protocol (#1196)

* Typing: introduce `AbstractWidget` abstract base class/protocol

* Support Widget implementation not subclassing `Widget`
* Proper protocol based validation and abstract base usage
* * `focus_position` is not listed since it's raising `IndexError` on attribute access check
* For internal usage to explicit declare required protocols provide `AbstractBoxWidget` and `AbstractFlowWidget` protocols
* * Limitation: before python 3.12 `Filler` can not be properly typed for `AbstractBoxWidget | AbstractFlowWidget` usage depends on `height` argument.

* Typing: Add `AbstractFixedWidget` and provide more detail expected signature

* Typing: Tighten `Pile`, `Columns` and `popup` typing depends on input

We know exact required protocol for `WHSettings.PACK` and `WHSettings.GIVEN`

* Typing: Weighted column and pile item can not be Fixed
