test: cover the L2CAP data channel and platform delegation

The L2CAP additions dropped coverage because the data-channel client was
exercised only through the fake platform (which stubs l2capInput/l2capWrite),
leaving the real framing/backpressure code untested.

- l2cap_data_channel.dart: 0% → 100% — drives the real BasicMessageChannel via
  the test messenger (framing, ready signal, inbound routing, credit-of-one
  backpressure, unknown-channel/short-frame handling, detach).
- BluebirdPlatform L2CAP delegation (openL2capChannel/closeL2capChannel defaults,
  onL2capChannelClosed, l2capInput/l2capWrite/l2capDetach).
- BluetoothL2CapChannel.toString.
