feat: statusline pogopin: label + foreign-session port indicator (BR-92) (#70)

Replaces the per-port "serial: " prefix with a single leading "pogopin: " label covering the whole line. When another live session holds a serial port, it now renders first as a red "⚠ <base(port)>" warning group (no baud/mode/line detail), ahead of this session's own port groups, all joined by " | ". Ports with no recorded session id are skipped (neither foreign nor own), preserving the pre-existing filtered-view behavior.

POGOPIN_STATUSLINE_FOREIGN (default on) is the interim toggle - a falsey value falls back to own-ports-only rendering under the same "pogopin: " label, ahead of the BR-95 config epic.
