fix: repair active subscriptions debug UI

The default JWT used the wrong matcher key (matchType) and value
(URLPattern), so the subscriptions topic silently degraded to an Exact
matcher and never authorized the collection endpoint. Fix the key/value
and use an optional-group URL pattern that also matches the collection.

Listen for the reserved "mercure" SSE event type the hub sets on
subscription updates, make addSubscription idempotent, and align the
polyfill reconnection cursor with the hub's last_event_id query
parameter so reconnects resume instead of replaying the whole backlog.
