fix: skip author resolution when commit email has no linked GitHub account

The library update script wrote "github": null into author_info when the
GitHub API could not resolve the commit author to an account, which fails
model_schema.json validation (github must be a string) and broke the
pre-commit job on every PR. Skip these commits instead and remove the
invalid author_info from the one affected profile.
