feat: add bb_serialize_json populate adapter (scanner -> descriptor ingest) (#906)

Binds bb_serialize_populate()'s pull-based bb_serialize_populate_t source
vtable to an already-scanned bb_serialize_json_tok_recorder_t, so a caller
can scatter a scanned JSON document straight into a descriptor-described
snapshot struct without hand-rolling the field-lookup glue. Re-drivable by
design (each call gets its own caller-owned cursor storage bound to the
same read-only recorder) -- the property bb_data's multi-descriptor
fan-out over one scanned body relies on.

Review follow-up: reorder populate_begin_arr's depth guard before the
*count write (a fail-closed rejection now writes nothing to the caller's
output, matching populate_begin_obj's guard-first shape), plus a
begin_arr-direct white-box test mirroring the existing begin_obj one --
drives the returned vtable's begin_obj/begin_arr directly, bypassing
bb_serialize_populate() and any core pre-flight, so the ARR guard's
true-branch stays independently coverable even after a future core change
adds a pre-call depth gate for begin_arr.
