test(rumqttc): add tracing behavior integration tests for v4 and v5

Add integration tests that verify tracing instrumentation emits correct
lifecycle events (connect, disconnect, session restore, protocol
violations) with expected metadata, levels, and field values.

Each crate gets:
- tests/support/tracing_capture.rs: a tracing Layer that captures
  events targeted at rumqttc::lifecycle for programmatic assertion.
- tests/tracing_behavior.rs: integration tests exercising the captured
  tracing output against in-memory duplex MQTT connections.

Both Cargo.toml files register the new test behind the existing
"tracing" feature gate.
