Split tox_test.c into 5 different files.

- conference: old group chats
- tox_many_tcp: many_tcp and many_tcp_b tests
- tox_many: test_many_clients
- tox_one: non-network tox tests
- tox_test: 3-client auto tests

Also started splitting the 3-client auto tests into multiple independent
runs with independent tox instances. The hope is that this will counter
unstable networks that let toxes disconnect sometimes.
