fix(myskoda): pass start/end as keywords in get_all_charging_sessions (#622)

Positional forwarding bound start to the cursor parameter, so the
first history request sent cursor=<start_iso> instead of from=/to=,
yielding HTTP 500. Add regression test pinning the wire contract.

Closes #595
