Support Laravel 14 in composer constraints and document Laravel 13 (#31)

Add ^14.0 to the illuminate/* constraints (proactive upper-bound
extension; CI matrix unchanged as no dev branch exists yet) and update
the README requirements to reflect the already-supported ^13.0.
