* Apply code review feedback for meatchurch.com scraper

- Simplify title() to use og:title meta tag directly
- Remove custom image() in favor of default plugin implementation
- Add total_time() and yields() raising FieldNotProvidedByWebsiteException
- Update test JSON with yields: null and total_time: null
