feat(projection): page-space measurement, retire legacy projection node (#447)

* test(projection): characterize scroll-during-layout behavior

Red-first characterization for plan 004 Step 1: case 1 (no-scroll swap
animates) passes today; case 2 encodes the known divergence — the
wasViewportScrolledSinceLastLayout heuristic snaps layout changes after
a viewport scroll — as test.fail() against the desired upstream
behavior; case 3 (offscreen swap settles with no spurious replay)
already matches upstream so it stands as a plain regression guard.
Demo page linked from the home page for live sign-off.

Motion-dom commit path is authoritative in only 1 of 5 flows; layoutId
shared-element routing and size-corrected FLIP replacement are required
migration work. Effort stays L / risk HIGH. Status row moved to IN
PROGRESS, gated at the guard checkpoint before Step 3.

Characterization suite reproduced green (case 2 red-first via
test.fail semantics), instrumentation removal verified, README edits
in bounds, plan file untouched. Spike resolves the layoutId.ts
conditional to in-scope; migration flagged costlier as the plan
provisioned. Executor authorized to proceed to Steps 3-4.

Expose measurePageRect(phase) with upstream measure()/measurePageBox
semantics — viewport box plus document-root phase-cached scroll, with
ancestor layoutScroll offsets removed and inline transforms stripped to
the user-authored base during the read. updatePathScroll(phase) marks a
fresh phase boundary by invalidating a same-phase cache entry
(adapter-local deviation from upstream's animationId++ in startUpdate,
