test(disruption): apply gofmt to PodDeletionCost annotation alignment

`go generate ./...` re-runs gofmt which re-aligns the annotation key
column in the "prefer disruption-cost over pod-deletion-cost" test.
Check in the formatting so CI's post-generate diff check passes.
