feat(app): exit with code 1 when OPC UA connection fails at startup

Wrap the initial dataSource.connect() in a try/catch so a failed
connection reports an 'error' progress event, logs the message, and
exits with a non-zero code instead of surfacing an unhandled
rejection. Adds a test covering the exit path.
