Adopt syntaxgo v0.0.1, harden codegen, add project hygiene files

- Adopt syntaxgo v0.0.1 and the Add-prefixed import options
- Prefix composite and inline types in generated method signatures
- Handle generic receivers when scanning source methods
- Add tests covering type prefixes, receivers, and file output
- Bump CI actions and add hygiene files
