chore: clear recovered system alerts from tray title (#13)

### Description

Fix Linux tray labels that remain stuck on CPU and temperature alerts
after system metrics recover by dispatching title updates through the
GLib main loop.

## Added

- Linux GLib title dispatcher and recovery regression coverage

## Updated

- Route tray title updates through injectable renderer hooks for
reliable GTK updates and testing

## Validation

- Triggered CPU Spike, observed tray title get updated to show high CPU
usage and temps, and then these were cleared successfully after they
went back down
