Generate migration snapshots in CI instead of tracking them

Snapshots are large generated artifacts, not source. Stop tracking the two
.ambr files (git-ignore them) and have the manual snapshot-tests workflow
produce both the pre-migration baseline and the current output on each run:

- current: pytest --snapshot-update on the branch
- baseline: reinstalled from the pinned pre-migration commit with --no-deps
(old code + matching entry points, keeping the resolved nomad-lab), cached
  across runs via actions/cache
- additivity gate: tests/parsers/compare_snapshots.py structurally compares the
two (baseline must be a subset of current) and fails on any removed leaf
- both snapshots and the comparison report are uploaded as artifacts for review

Rewrite the verification report to describe the CI-generated flow and the
structural comparison.
