examples(docs): add Core NATS deep-dive examples

Ten runnable @nats-io/transport-deno examples for the /learn/core-nats
chapter: publish/subscribe, single/multi wildcards, request-reply
(respond/request/replies), queue groups, and scatter-gather
(provider/gather). Scatter-gather gathers by a hand-rolled inbox loop
(no requestMany) for consistency with the other client examples. All use
the pinned Acme ORDERS payload and NATS-DOC markers, verified against
nats-server.
