fix(shadcn): pin leaf deps at 0.2.2, the version on public jsr.io (#6)

The shadcn trio pinned gen-tanstack-query-supabase-zod, gen-typescript
and gen-zod at 0.2.1 — a version that only ever existed on the local jsr
mirror. On public jsr.io those packages went 0.0.49 -> 0.2.2, so the
0.2.1 pins are dangling ("Could not find version ... 0.2.1") and the
cascade can't rewrite them because the leaves are already published.
Pin them at 0.2.2, which is live on jsr.io.
