Commit Message

Cleanup commit, as we prepare to submit a PROB:

1. Rename pie to doughnut
2. Remove cruft from ChartsHelper
3. Add test coverage for ChartsHelper
4. Remove example partials and spec
5. Remove crufty admin/test route
6. Rename total_objects_pie partial because "charts" is more intention-revealing
