Commit Message

Update CI/CD docs to reflect current workflow structure (#736)

The previous doc described the old single-file workflow layout and
referenced non-existent job names. Update to match the current
structure: orchestrator + reusable test workflows per component
(ACM controller, Application Gateway, Validator, CRA), module
integration tests, security, linting, and the PR gate.
