refactor(pattern): DRY Pattern.__init__ and RePattern._match

Collapse the three identical callable-or-None blocks in Pattern.__init__ into a _callable_or_none() helper, and de-duplicate the child-Match construction in RePattern._match into a single loop over per-branch spans. Behaviour-preserving (both branches covered by the re and regex backends). Closes #40
