feat(organization): add geographic entity association management (#1598)

- Add junction models (JOrganizationCountry, JOrganizationMassif, JOrganizationRegion)
- Add set-organization and remove-organization controllers for countries, massifs, and regions
- Add GeoAssociationService for shared association/dissociation logic
- Add validateOrganizationId policy for input validation
- Update TGrotto, TCountry, TMassif, TISO31662 models with new associations
- Update country, massif, and region find controllers to populate organizations
- Add converter mappings for organization associations
- Add SQL migration for junction tables and indexes
- Update Swagger documentation with new endpoints
- Add integration tests for all new endpoints and converters
