fix(s3_client): fallback to application/octet-stream when content_type is None (#383)

BaseEngine.get_mimetype can return None for unknown image types, which caused
boto3 parameter validation to fail when passing None as ContentType to put_object.
Adds a fallback to application/octet-stream to handle this case.

Fixes #375
