* test(v2-M0): add pub/sub contract safety net before the internal-module swap

First v2 milestone (M0). Adds src/pubsub-contract.spec.ts: a behavioral
contract suite for the library's public `PubSub`, imported from the package
barrel so it survives the M2 swap with no edit. Pins async delivery, original-
token + by-reference payload, no-data publish, fan-out order, error isolation,
same-tick publish ordering, re-entrant publish, unsubscribe isolation +
double-unsubscribe, clearAllSubscriptions, hierarchical dotted-topic
propagation (ancestor order, per-level dedup, no descendant delivery), and
symbol routing. Symbol-identity (two distinct Symbol('x') must not cross) is
an it.todo — it fails against pubsub-js's stringification and gets activated
on the internal module in M1.

No source or behavior change. Full suite 56 passing + 1 todo; lint/build/e2e
green. These tests pass against the current pubsub-js backend and become the
red-on-divergence gate for the swap.
