Support Notion built-in (icon gallery) icons, issue #295 (#300)

Notion's API returns built-in icons as the `icon` sub-type with a `name`
and `color`, which was missing from the icon union and broke loading any
page/database that used one (cascading into search/list endpoints).

Add a `BuiltInIconObject` model and a `BuiltInIcon` wrapper, wire them
through the icon unions, `wrap_icon()`, and callout markdown rendering.
