Fix RuboCop lints reported on wrong line on repeated runs (#655)

haml-lint feeds RuboCop the extracted Ruby via stdin, but its result
cache rebuilds offense positions against the on-disk HAML, so cached
runs report the wrong line. RuboCop already disables caching for stdin;
PR #576 overrode that for performance. Revert it so the cache stays off,
and add a regression spec.
