Add kiosk Android build packaging (#1162)

* Add kiosk Android build packaging

Add repository-owned Tauri packaging assets for the kiosk app and extend Android CI to build kiosk debug and release APKs.

The kiosk app now carries its own icon set, explicit default capability manifest, and Android customization checkpoints instead of borrowing packaging assets from sonde-pair-ui. The Android workflow now initializes and builds crates/sonde-kiosk-ui, patches in kiosk launcher resources, and adds the security-crypto dependency required by Android secure key storage.

Verification updates cover the kiosk-owned Tauri assets and the new Android workflow wiring. Android launch smoke validation is intentionally deferred for later work.

* Fix kiosk Android Tauri entrypoint

Add the missing Tauri mobile entry point required by Android builds and cover it with a regression check in the kiosk UI test suite.

This fixes the PR #1162 Android release build failure where the generated kiosk library did not export the runtime symbols Tauri expects on mobile.
