Remove redundant widening casts from src/ (#239)

Drop 9 typing.cast() calls that were no-ops for the type checker because
the cast target was already a supertype of the expression. Also remove the
now-unused cast import in page.py and obj_blocks/obj_query imports in
session.py. mypy --strict and ruff remain clean.
