* Add versioned default profiles for indexer and search

Introduce published 0.1.0 convenience profiles for the streaming indexer and search crates while preserving the existing low-level explicit APIs.

The indexer profile pins spherical-kmeans leaf formation, balanced-range packing, greedy-pack hierarchy grouping with Euclidean distance, and exact-centroid summaries. The search profile binds the crate-owned encoded target representation plus the default compatibility and scoring policies while keeping w and n explicit.

Update the streaming-indexer and search spec packages to document the versioned profile contract and add validation coverage for profile resolution and deterministic behavior.

* Fix published-profile terminal stage metadata

Align the published-profile short-circuit path with the rest of the indexer by reporting a terminal partition as PlanningStage::Single and leaving stage usage empty when no hierarchy planning stage ran.

Add a regression test that verifies the short-circuit path does not emit hierarchy-planning status updates.
