fix(imap): apply RFC 3501 mailbox quoting across all aioimaplib calls

Quote all mailbox arguments passed to aioimaplib in IMAPClient:
- create_folder
- select_folder
- search (implicit SELECT)
- fetch_message
- delete_message
- mark_message
- download_attachment
- move_message (source SELECT, destination MOVE/COPY)
- append_message (already quoted, kept)

User-facing result dicts still return the original unquoted folder names.
Added tests for spaced folder names covering create, select, search,
fetch, delete, move (MOVE and COPY fallback), and mark.

🤖 Implemented together with a coding agent.
