* docs(coredns): add PTR reverse-DNS tutorial section

Add Section 6 to coredns-etcd.md covering optional PTR record support:
- CoreDNS reverse zone configuration (second etcd plugin block)
- ExternalDNS flags and Helm values for PTR
- Example service with reverse-DNS annotation
- Verification steps (etcd key + dig -x)

Restructured with subsections 6a-6d for better flow and removed
duplicate CLI+Helm config examples.

* refactor(coredns): use opts slice pattern for DeleteService

Match the same pattern used in the Get call: build a []OpOption slice
conditionally with WithPrefix, then pass it variadically. Removes the
if/else branching for exact vs prefix delete.
