utils: fix async generator cleanup in get_songs_from_db

Yielding inside the async with block (ASYNC119) risks skipping the
connection cleanup when the generator is finalised by garbage collection
rather than fully consumed. Manage the connection explicitly with a
try/finally so it is always closed, while keeping the lazy row-by-row
streaming.
