feat(openalex): term mode server-default via the /search-term Lambda

Extends server mode to the term backend: a TERM_LAMBDA_URL (/search-term) reusing
lambdaSearch/goPageServer (same JSON shape), term defaults to server (like trigram) with
the geo split as the client fallback, the srv toggle shows for term, and syncUrl encodes
term's srv=0/split=0 exceptions. Dodges the ~76 MB client term-dict boot; BM25 + facet
counts run in-region. (Server wiring: CloudFront /search-term -> API Gateway -> term Lambda.)
