fix(cli): Upload symlinked files when seeding storage buckets (#5499)

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Bug fix

## What is the current behavior?

Symlinks are silently skipped in `supabase seed buckets`.

## What is the new behavior?

This change considers symlinks as well for uploads instead of silently
skipping them. Emits stderr warnings when a path is not a regular file.

## Additional context

Closes #5498
