Documentation accuracy and completeness fixes from a full docs audit

README:
- Fix four commands missing the .py extension (./start_impsy -> ./start_impsy.py)
- Point homepage link at charlesmartin.au/impsy (old impsy-homepage URL)
- Fix license badge to read from the impsy repo, wrong example config path
  (configs/ not examples/), and several typos
- Add web interface section (impsy webui) and note on run-command overrides
- Add Citing IMPSY section linking the NIME 2019 and 2026 papers

Docs site:
- research.md: correct author name (Hongzhe Zhu), describe the web-interface
  paper from its published abstract and link the NIME 2026 proceedings page;
  add DOI + PDF links and venue details for Touching Wires (NIME 2025);
  correct artist credits for Hyphae and Clear Skies on a Hill
- get-started.md: replace nonexistent interaction modes (continuation, duet)
  with the real ones; note Pi 3 / Zero 2 W compatibility
- config.md: model.file and model.size are optional (DummyMDRNN fallback and
  "s" default); document the run command's CLI overrides
- impsypi-workshop.md: Python 3.11-3.13 (not 3.11-only); update renamed
  impsy-rpi-image-maker links to impsy-pi
- index.md: the S-1 is a Roland, not a Korg
- docs/README.md: fill in the empty 2019 paper DOI, reflect that the site
  lives in docs/ rather than a separate repo, fix typos
