Move homepage site into docs/ and publish at charlesmartin.au/impsy (#91)

Imports the former cpmpercussion/impsy-homepage Jekyll site into docs/ so
the docs build is part of the main IMPSY repo and publishes at
charlesmartin.au/impsy (was charlesmartin.au/impsy-homepage).

- Add .github/workflows/pages.yml: builds the Jekyll site from docs/ and
  deploys to GitHub Pages on every push to main, independently of the
  Python test workflow.
- Update _config.yml: baseurl /impsy, url charlesmartin.au, repository
  cpmpercussion/impsy.
- Integrate the existing config reference (docs/config.md) as a site page
  with a Config nav entry; rewrite its repo-relative links to absolute
  GitHub URLs so they resolve on the deployed site.
- De-duplicate images: git mv the three impsy /images files that were
  byte-identical to homepage assets into docs/assets/img/ (renaming
  mdn_diagram.png -> mdn-diagram.png) and relink the README, leaving a
  single copy of each.
- Document the docs site in CLAUDE.md and docs/CLAUDE.md.
