fix(utils): add strict mode to detect NaN geometry at precomputation boundary (#85)

Silent NaN from malformed candles (missing fields, O/C-only data) now
surfaces as a loud error when opted in via strict:true, instead of always
throwing and breaking callers with legitimate partial-field data.

- precomputeCandleProps(dataArray, strict=false): NaN guard when strict
- ensurePrecomputed(dataArray, strict=false): passes strict through
- patternChain(candles, patterns, { strict }): third options argument
- createStream/processLargeDataset: strict option flows to patternChain
- TypeScript: patternChain options param + StreamOptions.strict field
- 11 new tests across utils, patternChain, and streaming
