* feat: add transformTemplate support

Add transformTemplate to motion styles and transform animations.

- serialize templated transforms for initial, reactive, and resting styles

- keep templated transform animations on MotionValues through animation frames

- add docs, example, test page, and upstream parity e2e coverage

* fix: preserve templated transform animation state

- Reuse templated transform MotionValues across animate target changes
- Serialize transformPerspective as perspective in generated transforms
- Add regression coverage for repeated template animations

* test: update optimized appear transform order

* address transformTemplate review feedback
