fix(elementor-v4): wrap widget output in <a> when a widget-level link is set

Elementor V4 allows any widget to carry a link directly on the widget
(link.value.destination), distinct from the e-button's link.value.href.
Previously this link was silently dropped, causing InternalLinks and
OutboundLinks assessments to miss it.

extractWidgetHtml now reads link.destination via readNestedStringProp and
wraps the extractor's HTML in an <a> tag when present. e-button is
unaffected — its link uses the href sub-prop, not destination, so the
destination guard returns empty and no double-wrapping occurs.
