feat(rust,openalex): full per-split facet sidecars + term split set in the demo

derive_split_facets slices the monolith .rrf along the split set's doc-ID
ranges into per-split RRSF sidecars (no corpus re-stream; the shared
rank-ordered doc-ID space makes a split's posting the monolith posting
restricted to [docIdLo, docIdHi], rebased local). Bounded fields only —
year/type/oa/language, ~1.2 GB across 389 splits; topic's ~55k categories
would bloat the meta region the filtered path reads per visited split.

Demo: the split toggle now covers Term mode through the term-bodied split
set (lazy ~21 KB manifest boot, monolith fallback, same shared-ID-space
post-filter); trigram split searches route filters on fields the sidecars
don't carry through the monolith-.rrf post-filter instead of the per-split
path; file chips show the term split footprint.

facet_meta_dump and check_split_facet are small local inspection tools for
RRSF meta regions and derived sidecars.
