perf(rust): resolve per-split facet filters from meta only, skip before body open

FacetIndex::open_meta boots header+meta (KBs, no head postings); the
per-split filtered path resolves the filter there and returns empty on an
unsatisfiable arm before opening the split body or eagerly loading the
sidecar's whole postings region. An unsatisfiable filter across N splits
now costs 2 small reads per split instead of the split boot plus an
eager multi-MB facet-region load.
