Use '_skip_namespace_frames' for DBIC errs to finger correct line

Added the DBIC _skip_namespace_frames feature to the VirtualColumns
component classes so that DBIC generated errors reference the correct
package/line of the *user's* code rather than the wrapped call in
VirtualColumns classes, which was an ongoing source of confusion, since
it would make these errors look like they were RapidApp related when in
fact they had nothing to do with RapidApp.
