feat(s2): on-demand update check via BB_OTA_BOOT_STATUS_HTTP + re-pin v0.60.0 (#528)

the S2 (boot-mode) now serves runtime GET /api/update/status + on-demand
POST /api/update/check (heap-guarded one-shot manifest fetch, no persistent
worker), so taipan-cli / the dashboard can see update availability on the
headless S2. validated on-device (s2mini-1): largest_free_block 34 KB at idle,
on-demand check completes (TLS fetch on a transient task), no crash; taipan
update drove a full boot-mode OTA to v0.28.0.

- CONFIG_BB_OTA_BOOT_STATUS_HTTP=y in sdkconfig/esp32-s2-mini
- re-pin breadboard v0.59.1 -> v0.60.0 (adds the bb_ota_boot status route)
